Build client relationships through product expertise and fashion advice, drive sales via cross-selling and tailored recommendations, and manage daily store operations including cash wrap, inventory processing, replenishment, and visual merchandising. Use mobile POS, clienteling tools, and social selling (including short-form video) to capture data and encourage repeat purchases while meeting personal and store KPIs.
