  • •Manage the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) cycle for format changes to ensure operational efficiency.
  • •Develop action plans and coach operators to enhance skills and performance.
  • •Apply Lean Manufacturing methods and conduct loss investigations (SMED) to optimize processes and reduce downtime.
  • •Support career development and training within the Packaging department to improve safety, quality, and productivity.
