Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the Delivery function within Technology and sit on the Tech Leadership Team.
  • •Create and execute a long-term delivery strategy aligned to technology and wider business objectives.

  • •Drive visibility of delivery performance through KPIs, flow metrics, risk management and governance.
  • •Manage internal, offshore and third-party delivery capabilities and continuously improve delivery processes, frameworks and documentation.
