Key Responsibilities

•Design and architect scalable, performant applications, systems, and infrastructure for large software projects leveraging MongoDB.
•Advise customers on architecture patterns and optimization strategies for MongoDB, clearly articulating business value to stakeholders.
•Collaborate with sales on account planning, opportunity qualification/prioritization, and pipeline generation strategy while owning the technical aspects of opportunities.
•Proactively generate demand in the sales territory through technical initiatives and participation in events such as industry trade shows and account-based marketing events.
•Foster strong customer relationships by building champions, ensuring customer success and satisfaction, and mentoring Solutions Consulting team members.

Key Requirements

•8 to 11 years of related experience in a customer-facing role, including 5 to 7 years in pre-sales with enterprise software.
•3+ years experience with modern scripting languages (Python, Node.js, SQL) and/or programming languages (C/C++, Java, C#) professionally.
•Experience designing scalable, highly available distributed systems in cloud and on-prem environments.
•Ability to work with customers to review complex application architectures and provide guidance on improvements using technology.
•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
