Key Responsibilities

  • •Be overall in-charge of the shift and ensure production plants execute according to set plans.
  • •Monitor production operations across plants, allocate resources, and drive teams to achieve shift production targets and delivery commitments.
  • •Ensure safety, health, and environment compliance is followed during production operations.
  • •Ensure quality systems, compliance requirements, and SOPs are followed, including corrective/preventive actions when needed.
  • •Identify issues and suggest improvements to reduce rejects and waste; motivate and guide shop-floor teams for higher performance.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree in Production/Manufacturing Engineering/NDT or equivalent.
  • •At least 5 years of experience in manufacturing/operations.
  • •Very good leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • •Demonstrated success in people management to drive performance.
  • •Sound knowledge of quality and productivity improvement tools and techniques.
