Lab Supervisor

Oversee quality control operations in the coil finishing lab, ensuring end-of-line testing meets world-class standards. You’ll supervise, mentor, and schedule lab technicians; manage process compliance with GLMP and chemical safety; and lead continuous improvement to optimize workflows and data integrity. Serve as the primary liaison between the laboratory and production centers by communicating quality trends, troubleshooting defects, and implementing corrective actions while maintaining precise quality records and reports.
