Key Responsibilities

  • •Direct and oversee production teams, ensuring adequate staffing, job rotation, and effective workload distribution.
  • •Conduct daily shift meetings and manage production flow to meet schedules, minimize downtime, and achieve output goals.
  • •Monitor line performance using KPIs (efficiency, waste, yield, uptime) and drive actions to improve results.
  • •Ensure product meets customer/internal specifications and complete in-process checks (weights, metal detection, CCP/CP monitoring, coding verification); enforce corrective actions for out-of-spec issues.
  • •Champion GMP, safety, and regulatory compliance; ensure audits, corrective actions/CAPA, and maintain required documentation and shift communications.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2+ years of experience in food manufacturing or production leadership.
  • •Strong working knowledge of GMPs, HACCP, CCP/CP monitoring, and food safety regulations.
  • •Bilingual in Spanish (Read, Write & Speak) required.
  • •Proven ability to lead teams, drive results, and manage multiple priorities.
  • •Ability to read, interpret, and enforce SOPs, specifications, and regulatory requirements.
