Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain cleanliness of warehouse floors and common areas including breakrooms, restrooms, offices, and conference rooms.
  • •Remove refuse and cardboard daily and properly dispose of shrink wrap and other debris.
  • •Operate floor scrubbers and other cleaning equipment as needed.
  • •Support exterior upkeep including snow/ice removal, sweeping walkways, and keeping entryways clear and safe.
  • •Safely handle cleaning chemicals and tools per OSHA/housekeeping standards and assist with light facilities maintenance as assigned.

Key Requirements

  • •0–6 months of general warehouse or sanitation experience (preferred, not required).
  • •Willingness to complete forklift training within the first 30 days; multi-equipment certification is rewarded with additional pay.
  • •Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and take initiative.
  • •Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and remain on your feet (standing/walking) up to 90% of the shift.
  • •Valid NM driver’s license and ability to pass background and drug screen.
