Key Responsibilities

•Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Engagement tribe across discovery, loyalty, referrals, and viral growth mechanisms.
•Lead, coach, and grow a team of Directors and Associate Directors, elevating product thinking, experimentation, and execution.
•Manage a hybrid operating environment with traditional squads and a startup-style incubator focused on AI-enabled workflows.
•Set prioritization framework balancing near-term milestones with long-horizon bets.
•Own metrics and KRIs for active users, habit formation, retention, LTV, and referrals; connect customer behaviors to commercial outcomes.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 189,000 - 199,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Must have a track record of building B2C products at scale and experience developing product managers.
•Experience leading a scaled organization of product managers and cross-functional teams.

•Bias toward iterative delivery, quick decisions, and short timelines; strong executive presence and ability to defend tradeoffs.
