Lead enterprise payments growth initiatives by driving payments product innovation, fee income growth, and cross-functional business transformation. Own research and analytics to shape payments strategy, develop and refine OKRs, and form strategic engagements with key divisions. Coordinate executive-level strategic presentations, set and manage multiple payments initiatives, and conduct ad-hoc market analysis. Partner closely with product, sales, service, and senior leadership to execute strategy through measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead primary and secondary research, analytics, benchmarking, and competitor analysis to support enterprise payments strategy.
•Develop and refine OKRs across Payments and drive strategic engagements, impact sizing, and execution.
•Coordinate cross-functional strategic presentations to senior management, ensuring appropriate content, messaging, and delivery.
•Define, prioritize, and manage multiple payments initiatives from strategy through implementation.
•Lead ad-hoc strategic market analysis and perform other assigned duties.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s/undergraduate degree from a top-tier institution (graduate degree preferred).
•5+ years developing business strategy, including financial modeling and analysis, competitive analysis, and strategic business planning.
•7+ years in management consulting, financial services, payments and/or software technology is preferred.
•2+ years of direct experience in strategic management consulting, payments, or technology product strategy strongly preferred.
•Supervisory/management experience and strong ability to translate strategy into execution in ambiguous environments.
