Job Summary

Support the adoption and clinical integration of the Vivistim® Paired VNS™ System by educating and training physicians, therapists, and rehabilitation teams. Partner with a territory manager to develop territory plans, grow prescribing accounts, and drive Vivistim implants while monitoring patient progress. Deliver product presentations, provide on-site and remote support, manage relationships, forecast sales, and represent Mobia with strong clinical and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop territory plans and strategies with the territory manager to create new access for prescribing Vivistim® accounts.
•Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual implant and sales goals by performing UE-Dx evaluations and identifying potential Vivistim candidates.
•Manage and expand rehabilitation facilities in the assigned geography with comprehensive business planning.
•Provide on-site and remote clinical support, including guidance for therapy implementation and monitoring patient progress.
•Deliver product presentations, provide weekly sales forecasting, monitor customer/market/competitor activity, and work with marketing to drive patient/customer access.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 90,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Degree in Occupational Therapy or Physical Therapy required (OT, PT, COTA, or PTA).
•Minimum 3–5 years of documented, successful clinical/sales experience with supportive results.
•Experience selling directly to PM&R/Physiatry, Neurosurgery, and OT/PT healthcare physician communities preferred.
•Experience educating and advocating for stroke rehabilitation patients; experience calling on hospitals and rehabilitation facilities preferred.
•Ability to use Salesforce or a similar CRM and deliver strong written and verbal communication.
