Key Responsibilities

•Own full-cycle recruiting for a defined set of roles, building relationships with top talent in the tech ecosystem.
•Partner closely with hiring managers to calibrate scorecards, advise on process, and keep searches moving.
•Use experimentation and messaging tactics (including A/B testing) to position the company effectively.
•Track recruiting metrics and drive performance against time-to-close, pipeline health, and headcount goals.
•Go beyond the job description to support hiring needs across Engineering and Operations, including assistance for roles in the United States and Europe.

Key Requirements

•3 or more years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally with a technical emphasis.
•Experience operating in high-accountability environments such as startups, fintech, or financial services.
•High ownership and accountability to take responsibility for getting the job done.
•Clear, persuasive communication and storytelling skills.
•Experience tracking recruiting metrics (e.g., time to close, pipeline health, headcount goals).
