Key Responsibilities

  • •Keep the work area clean and tidy during production.
  • •Recondition meat that has touched an unsanitary surface.
  • •Follow SOPs and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs) and monitor CCPs under the HACCP plan.
  • •Provide on-the-job training to new team members and perform other duties as assigned.
