Job Summary

Sell VIP upgrades and premium experiences to general admission concert guests, handling the full flow from pitch and payment processing through VIP experience fulfillment. Welcome and check in VIP clientele, escort and assist guests throughout their venue visit, and anticipate needs to ensure satisfaction. Build relationships with VIP and Foundation Room members, support CRM for House of Blues clientele, coordinate nightly VIP operations, and maintain professional grooming standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Sell VIP upgrades, premium seats, priority entry, and premium experiences to general admission patrons.
•Handle VIP sales from pitch through payment processing and experience fulfillment.
•Check in, escort, and assist VIP clientele throughout their venue visit to ensure a VIP experience.
•Build strong relationships with Foundation Room members and VIP clients, using and developing a CRM program.
•Coordinate and execute nightly VIP setup and VIP operations with the Ops Director, servers, and security. Additionally, occasionally work special events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 16.9 - 20 hourly

•High School Diploma or equivalent
•Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations and/or VIP night club operations and high-end guest relations
•Experience selling to high-end, VIP clients

•Flexible schedule and ability to handle multiple tasks with strong verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills
