Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and execute a multiyear agentic strategy and roadmap, driving governed production adoption of agentic-first practices across the global technology organization.
  • •Build and lead an agentic-native engineering organization to deliver enterprise software through autonomous and semi-autonomous agents, scaling from 10–15 engineers/architects to a larger global body.
  • •Own the company-wide Agentic Delivery Lifecycle (ADLC), embedding agentic capabilities across requirements, architecture, coding, testing, security validation, release, deployment, and production operations with control gates and auditability.
  • •Define enterprise-grade agentic development and execution platform requirements and drive secure adoption of approved technologies (including model routing, context/memory, identity, secrets, observability, scalability, and disaster recovery).
  • •Establish agent and skills/MCP ecosystem standards, governance, security, production assurance, and measurable value/cost reporting; remediate, consolidate, or retire underperforming use cases.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant executive experience leading global software engineering, AI engineering, developer platforms, engineering transformation, or comparable organizations.
  • •Proven success building and leading high-performing teams across countries, cultures, time zones, and technology environments.
  • •Demonstrated experience driving enterprise-scale adoption of new engineering technologies, development methods, and operating models.
  • •Experience designing, building, or scaling enterprise generative-AI/agentic-AI platforms and production capabilities.
  • •Deep expertise in software engineering, cloud platforms, developer experience, CI/CD, automated testing, source-code management, observability, security, and production operations.
