Operations Strategy Program Manager

Own the improvement roadmap for fulfillment, transportation, and inventory control operations by developing short- and long-term strategy, defining priorities, and coordinating cross-functional project teams. Monitor budgets, risks, and KPIs, build planning models from datasets, and communicate progress to senior management and external partners. Support operational change and training by understanding WMS/WES and related warehousing systems to address bottlenecks and gaps.
