•Drive conversion for onboarding across personal and business customers, ensuring a smooth first transaction.
•Eliminate drop-offs across flows such as signup, KYC, profile creation, pricing understanding, and transaction creation.
•Own login, account recovery, and 2FA experiences as critical funnel touchpoints.
•Improve UX across onboarding journeys, especially for complex or regulated flows.
•Balance growth with security, compliance and operational scalability across teams.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 120,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Led onboarding or core conversion experiences in a fast-growing tech company, ideally with regulated or complex flows (e.g. fintech, identity, compliance)
•Owned end-to-end metrics like conversion or retention and know how to move them - not just launch features
•UX champion with a strong product sense and attention to detail
•Led senior product managers and built strong, high-trust teams
•Comfortable working across compliance, legal, ops, regional and marketing and know how to manage competing priorities
