Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the CEM system superuser for the WHO/Europe Regional Office and vis-a-vis WHO headquarters.
  • •Provide expert guidance, briefings, and training on resource mobilization practices and the WHO CEM system at all clearance stages.
  • •Conduct first-level review and triage of incoming funding proposals and agreements, coordinating with technical units and relevant WHO entities.
  • •Support proposal and agreement creation in CEM, ensuring correct unit inclusion in clearance chains and liaising with WHO headquarters teams on CEM questions.
  • •Manage administrative workflows including documentation/repositories, correspondence review, first-level inquiries, scheduling, visitor coordination, and meeting note-taking.

Key Requirements

  • •Completion of secondary school or equivalent.
  • •At least 8 years of progressively responsible experience in administrative/office support, including several years in an international environment or institution.
  • •Experience with WHO resource mobilization procedures and systems/tools (desirable).
  • •Proven strong organizational skills with a structured approach to work.
  • •Expert knowledge of English; intermediate knowledge of French, German, or Russian is desirable.
