Key Responsibilities

  • •Support succession planning and bench strength goals for the Revenue Management organization.
  • •Assist Revenue Leaders with specific responsibilities to deliver reports in a timely manner.
  • •Participate in a mentoring phase to build competent, well-trained Revenue Management specialists.
  • •Take responsibilities that enable entry into the Revenue Management arena and contribute toward hotel room revenue goals.
  • •Use hotel systems and revenue tools to support reservations and reporting needs.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 2 years of hands-on Hotel Revenue Management/Reservations experience; additional hotel experience is an asset.
  • •Knowledge of hotel technology including PMS, Channel Manager, GDS, CRS, and Extranets.
  • •Experience with RM tools such as STR report and TravelClick reports (Rate 360 and Hotelligence 360).
  • •Well versed with PMS, Delphi, and RMS.
  • •Strong computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and a professional certification (university degree or Hotel School Diploma).
