Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of resource planning activities across the Nature Services business unit to deploy people to projects at the right time.
  • •Lead workforce planning and resource optimisation, balancing utilisation, financial performance, project delivery needs, and people development objectives.
  • •Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on resourcing strategy, capability planning, and workforce development.
  • •Develop team capability understanding, identify capability gaps, and contribute to short-, medium-, and long-term workforce plans including succession planning.
