Job Summary

Intern will work on Decentralized Identities using Microsoft Entra Verified ID, building and arguing a business case for centralized vs decentralized identities. You’ll evaluate data security, governance and IT processes, contribute to positioning Decentralized Identities in Avanade offerings, and collaborate in a multidisciplinary team while gaining hands-on experience with cutting-edge Microsoft technology.

Key Responsibilities

•Contribute to building and demonstrating a business case for decentralized identities versus centralized identities, focusing on data security, compliance, governance and IT processes
•Assist in positioning Decentralized Identities within Avanade’s existing offerings and solutions
•Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop the research scope and deliver high-quality graduation work
•Conduct comparative analyses between centralized and decentralized identity models and articulate the value add for organizations
•Present findings and recommendations to mentors and stakeholders as part of the internship program

Key Requirements

•You are a 4th year HBO student or WO master’s student and available for a graduation internship from 1 September 2026
•You are interested in Microsoft Entra Verified ID, B2B/B2C, Centralized vs Decentralized identities
•You communicate fluently in both Dutch and English
•You have analytical thinking skills and a critical eye
•You enjoy working in multidisciplinary teams and take initiative to define your research scope
