Key Responsibilities

  • •Coordinate across business teams, branches, relationship managers, product teams, and senior leadership to ensure initiative execution.
  • •Orchestrate campaign rollouts, product activations, contests, and strategic programs across branches to meet defined outcomes.
  • •Plan and deliver branch/customer events and employee engagement forums, with post-event tracking and clear objectives.
  • •Track branch/RM performance KPIs, conduct gap analysis, and drive corrective action plans with owners and timelines.
  • •Maintain Regional MIS, dashboards, and trackers with data quality/version control and timely dissemination, including governance review rhythms with the Regional head.

Key Requirements

  • •2-3 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • •Prior experience in event coordination, sales operations, or business analytics, preferably in financial or banking services.
  • •Ability to manage people and build strong relationships across stakeholders.
  • •Knowledge of affluent banking products and services.
  • •Advanced Excel skills (e.g., VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query) and strong communication/presentation skills, including email drafting.
  • •Mandatory completion of Anti-Money Laundering and Sanctions training and post-course assessment.
