Job Summary

Senior Project Manager for Percepta’s Global Project Management Office. Lead and deliver medium-to-large global projects in a remote, client-facing environment, coordinating cross-functional teams, governance, and timely execution across multiple time zones. Responsible for scope, schedule, budget, risk, change control, and stakeholder communications to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities

•Manage medium to large, complex projects (often multiple in parallel) with accountability for schedule, scope, budget, and quality.
•Act as central point of contact for clients and internal teams across PMOs; staff projects appropriately and mentor team members on project management best practices.
•Create and maintain project plans (WBS and Gantt) to ensure quality deliverables and align with client expectations.
•Identify and mitigate risks, manage issues, and control changes to avoid scope creep; escalate as needed.
•Communicate project status and health through written reports and stakeholder reviews; maintain KPI measurements and drive departmental improvements.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•BA/BS or equivalent experience
•Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP) required
•8+ years leading medium-to-large global projects; 10+ years preferred
•3-5+ years leading change in a virtual, global environment; Waterfall mandatory, Agile a plus
•Experience in call center/BPO/Automotive industry; proven client-facing communications
