Job Summary

Provide global Hazard Communication (SDS/labels) expertise for assigned business areas, interpreting regulatory changes and advising internal teams, customers, distributors, plants, legal, and R&D. Serve as a liaison on Hazard Communication issues, manage and resolve SDS/label requests, and act as the point person for emerging regulations. Support Hazard Communication initiatives (including GHS and SAP integrations) and coordinate Product Safety team support across facilities and products.

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as an expert liaison on Hazard Communication issues with business groups, manufacturing, R&D, sales/marketing, technical services, legal, and customers.
•Manage and resolve customer requests for Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and labels to align with international regulations and other requirements.
•Monitor emerging issues and changing regulations, and create issue analysis, response strategy, and execution plans.
•Participate in developing, planning, and implementing Hazard Communication programs and procedures in line with Company Operational Excellence expectations.
•Coordinate with the Product Safety team and support Hazard Communication initiatives (including GHS and SAP integrations) for assigned business areas and facilities.

Key Requirements

•BS/MS technical degree in chemistry, engineering, or an EHS discipline.
•Minimum 6 years of functional experience in regulatory, Product Stewardship, EHS, or product technical R&D.
•Working knowledge of two distinct manufacturing areas or product lines, with expansion as appropriate.
•Strong analytical and evaluation skills.
•Strong English verbal, written, and presentation skills.
