Key Responsibilities

•Welcome guests upon arrival and open hotel door according to Kempinski standards (with care).
•Open car doors, assist with luggage, and escort guests to the hotel.
•Handle guest requests (e.g., taxi calls, directions) and refer to relevant staff as needed.
•Keep informed about hotel products, services and local travel information for guests.
•Control entrance traffic and maintain cleanliness of the main entrance; perform additional duties as assigned.

•Must-have hospitality demeanor and ability to greet guests in a friendly, caring manner and follow Kempinski service standards
•Provide door opening and luggage assistance for arriving guests in a timely manner
•Assist guests with simple requests (e.g., calling a taxi, directions) and refer to staff when needed
•Maintain awareness of hotel products, services and local travel information relevant to guests
•Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the main entrance and manage entrance traffic as required
