Key Responsibilities

  • •Support enterprise customers by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and restoring network services in the field.
  • •Troubleshoot network equipment, remove/replace defective equipment, and work to isolate and restore network service.
  • •Assist with installation/change/decommission and testing of next-generation technologies (including Edge Compute, Wavelength, fiber optic transport, Ethernet, SONET, and IP).
  • •Install, activate, test, and maintain network services and telecommunications equipment, including customer premise equipment (CPE) where needed.
  • •Perform fiber/Ethernet testing and circuit validation as assigned, travel to customer locations, and participate in outage response and on-call rotations.
