Key Responsibilities

  • •Design or modify difficult-scope electrical/electronic engineering assemblies, layouts/schematics, and drawings/specifications.
  • •Identify and troubleshoot complex electrical problems with limited supervision and perform engineering analysis and testing.
  • •Define and generate engineering test reports, create electrical product specifications, and specify/review engineering documentation.
  • •Design and draft cable harnesses and control panels, including calculations for load ampere requirements and proper cable selection.
  • •Work with global teams to design subsystems/systems for semiconductor process chambers and interface with internal/external customers on electrical issues.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience, with semiconductor experience preferred.
  • •Strong fundamentals in electrical and electronics engineering, including electrical panel design and cable/harness design.
  • •Experience using CAD tools such as AutoCAD, E-PLAN, and/or Zuken E3S.
  • •Knowledge of controller-based automation (Digital I/O & Analog I/O) and field instrumentation/sensors.
  • •Understanding of industrial communication protocols (e.g., DeviceNet, Ethernet, EtherCAT) and IEC/NEMA standards; SEMI S2 is an added advantage.
