Key Responsibilities

  • •Operationalize human rights due diligence and worker grievance requirements across global manufacturing operations and supply chain.
  • •Design, implement, evaluate, and improve worker and stakeholder complaint channels, including hotlines, worker surveys, and digital reporting tools.
  • •Investigate and remediate human rights and labor issues using case management, root cause analysis, corrective action planning, and remediation tracking.
  • •Conduct human rights due diligence and supply chain risk assessments aligned with UNGPs, OECD guidance, CSDDD, CSRD, and related regulatory requirements.
  • •Partner with suppliers and cross-functional teams to strengthen worker voice, access to remedy, monitor corrective action plans, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •5-8+ years of experience in human rights due diligence, ESG compliance, and supply chain sustainability with international human rights frameworks and regulations.
  • •Proven expertise developing and implementing worker voice programs, grievance mechanisms, responsible recruitment, and worker engagement initiatives.
  • •Hands-on experience conducting supply chain human rights risk assessments, engaging suppliers, and managing corrective action and remediation programs.
  • •Experience working with suppliers in high-risk regions or categories, including familiarity with RBA Code of Conduct requirements and VAP audit protocols.
  • •Strong communication, stakeholder management, executive presentation, and cross-functional collaboration to influence improvements across complex supply chains.
