Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and ensure successful delivery of project(s).
  • •Create and maintain detailed technical and user-facing documentation for internal teams and end users.
  • •Design, build, and maintain integrations using RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and webhooks to connect SaaS platforms and internal systems.
  • •Integrate business applications (CRM, ERP, billing, etc.) with data mapping, transformation, and real-time synchronization.
  • •Support and administer the Atlassian application stack (Jira Software, Jira Service Management, Confluence), including custom workflows, schemes, fields, and security schemes.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related technical discipline with 3+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and managing applications in large enterprise environments, or 5+ years of equivalent experience without a degree.
  • •Experience designing and implementing API integrations (REST, GraphQL, webhooks).
  • •Experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java).
  • •Strong experience with scripting (Groovy, Python, or Java) and SQL (especially with ScriptRunner).
  • •Strong experience upgrading Atlassian applications such as Jira/Confluence in a large, clustered Linux production environment.
