Key Responsibilities

•Manage the operating model for Circle Ventures, defining how capital deployment translates into measurable ecosystem growth.
•Design new strategic initiatives that align with Circle's product and commercial roadmap.
•Transform the network of 140+ portfolio companies into a structured knowledge engine, turning unstructured insights into actionable alpha.
•Own the pre- and post-investment lifecycle, building cross-functional workflows between Business, Legal, Marketing, and Developer Relations teams.
•Build investment theses and related content that informs Circle’s approach and communications.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 212,500 - 272,500 annually

Key Requirements

•12+ years of experience in venture investing, corporate development, investment banking, consulting, or similar roles with a track record of cross-functional engagement and building scalable systems and programs.
•Ability to navigate ambiguity with structured execution; willingness to roll up sleeves and tackle tasks big or small.
•Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill complex concepts into clear insights and recommendations that influence others.
•Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities; high motivation, low ego, deep curiosity, and executive presence.
•Ability to build internal and external relationships and drive projects/deals in a fast-paced corporate/industry environment.
