Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in preparing HR forms, reports, and personnel action requests (PARs), including tracking employee assignments and contract-mandated requirements.
  • •Support onboarding and offboarding by processing new hire documentation and completing exit checklists for departing employees.
  • •Assist with attendance tracking for Army contract reporting, including maintaining TOR (Time-Off Request) forms and resolving timekeeping discrepancies.
  • •Respond to routine employee inquiries and escalate complex issues to the contract’s HR Manager.
  • •Ensure HR documentation complies with U.S. Army contract requirements and support audits, inspections, and government reporting.

Key Requirements

  • •2 years of administrative or personnel support experience (military contractor or Army site preferred).
  • •High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent relevant work experience.
  • •Familiarity with DoD or Army administrative practices, personnel recordkeeping, and compliance requirements.
  • •Basic understanding of labor regulations including FLSA, EEO, FMLA, and applicable FAR/DFARS clauses.
  • •Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive personnel information.
