Job Summary

Support a U.S. Coast Guard program by managing and maintaining a Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) environment while applying advanced analytics. Deploy and monitor software packages and patches, maintain OS task sequences and imaging, and troubleshoot client health and distribution issues. Analyze MECM telemetry, build predictive models, and create data pipelines/dashboards to forecast failures, improve compliance, and inform leadership reporting.

•Manage and maintain the MECM infrastructure to ensure consistent endpoint availability and system health.
•Deploy and monitor software packages, security updates, and critical patches.
•Execute and maintain task sequences for automated OS deployments, focusing on consistent imaging and hardware compatibility.
•Operate and maintain dedicated test environments and conduct patch management operations, including resolving failed installations.
•Analyze MECM telemetry, build predictive models, and create pipelines/dashboards for endpoint compliance and leadership reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 160,000 - 210,000 annually

Key Requirements

•DoD 8570 IAT Level II Certification (e.g., Security+ CE, CySA+).
•Hands-on experience architecting and managing MECM environments in large-scale enterprise settings.
•Strong understanding of Windows Server platforms (2012–2025) and core services (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS).
•Experience with Windows imaging, task sequences, and driver management.
•Advanced scripting skills in PowerShell for automation and system management.
