Job Function: Capital Markets, Trading & Quant

Key Responsibilities

•Support the Molybdenum Trader in developing regional sales plans and managing relationships for molybdenum concentrate and finished goods.
•Utilise data analytics and market insights to track sales performance and identify improvement areas for revenue growth and margin optimization.
•Build and manage customer and supplier development plans, focusing on long-term relationships and trusted solutions.
•Collaborate with Sales Operations, Legal, Contract Administration, and ISOP to ensure compliant, value-adding commercial agreements.
•Assist in sourcing activities and identify new commercial opportunities in the molybdenum market

Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

•Knowledge of supply and consumption of molybdenum and other ferro alloys in stainless, carbon, and specialty steel markets.
•Experience and technical / product knowledge in the marketing and physical trading of molybdenum concentrates/finished products or ferro alloys
•Ability to actively identify and support the management of price risk in equity and third-party transactions;
•Highly motivated, charismatic, self-starter, winning personality
•Team player who has a positive impact on team culture
