Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with marketing projects within the Marketing department for K12-powered schools, supporting enrollment goals.
  • •Create and prepare content, presentations, and materials as assigned, including graphics and videos for social media.
  • •Support planning, scheduling, and managing social media content using management platforms and an editorial calendar.
  • •Evaluate social media metrics and help prepare team reports to monitor performance.
  • •Provide ideation support for marketing toolkits, YouTube content strategy, and webinar planning, including highlighting student stories with school staff.

Key Requirements

  • •Currently working toward an undergraduate degree in Communications, Marketing, English, or a related field (or equivalent education/experience).
  • •Working knowledge of social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok (also includes Snapchat and Twitter).
  • •Excellent presentation skills with the ability to leverage technology effectively.
  • •Excellent interpersonal, collaborative, and communication skills (written and oral), with strong relationship-building ability.
  • •Strong project, time management, and organizational skills with attention to detail, plus the ability to clear a required background check.
