Job Summary

Resourceful B2B Growth Marketing Specialist to own end-to-end programs spanning demand generation, events, and marketing operations. You’ll manage budgets and vendor relationships, lead ABM and content-driven lead gen, and leverage HubSpot and AI tools to optimize pipeline growth in a remote-friendly, Mexico City-based hybrid team.

Key Responsibilities

•Event Marketing & Field Programs: Manage the end-to-end logistics of B2B marketing events plus vendor relationships and contracts.
•Budget, Vendor & Project Management: Own marketing budgets across events and campaigns, forecast, track POs, reconcile invoices, and report ROI.
•Marketing Operations & Analytics: Manage workflows, lead scoring, email automation, attribution, segmentation, and dashboards in HubSpot; ensure CRM data hygiene.
•AI-Powered Productivity & Automation: Use AI tools daily to draft content, analyze data, automate processes, and stay ahead with martech innovations.
•Content & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with content/design, work with Sales/Product Marketing to translate narratives into campaigns, and provide leadership with performance updates.
