Key Responsibilities

  • •Oversee the Guernsey Premier Team to meet customers’ banking, lending, investment, and insurance needs.
  • •Manage a customer portfolio and advise on holistic financial planning as a trusted adviser through key life events.
  • •Coach and develop relationship managers to strengthen capability, performance, and career progression.
  • •Apply the IWPB Operating Model and operational guidelines to deliver consistent people management, service, and sales outcomes.
  • •Recruit, onboard, set objectives, run performance reviews, monitor sales activity using management information, and address underperformance in line with policy.

Key Requirements

  • •Hold a Level 4 Financial Planning Diploma.
  • •Proven experience providing holistic financial advice across a wide range of products and services.
  • •Experience in a Wealth Adviser, IFA, Financial Planning Manager, or similar role.
  • •Deep knowledge of financial planning and wealth products, applying needs-based advice through strong communication and influencing skills.
  • •Experience coaching and managing team performance through objective setting, feedback, and structured development planning.
