Oversee service operations for a regional Advanced Solutions rental facility, ensuring high-quality service delivery across multiple locations. Lead and supervise heavy equipment maintenance technicians, coordinate repair scheduling for customer and company-owned rentals, and maintain customer relationships to drive satisfaction.
