Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production equipment, machinery, and facility systems.
  • •Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and basic electrical issues to identify root causes and assist with repairs.
  • •Assist with installation, modification, and relocation of equipment and machinery.
  • •Conduct routine inspections to identify potential equipment failures or safety concerns.
  • •Maintain maintenance records and repair documentation while adhering to safety policies (including Lockout/Tagout).

Key Requirements

  • •High school graduate or GED required.
  • •1-2 years of experience maintaining and repairing industrial equipment in a manufacturing environment is desirable.
  • •Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
  • •Ability to safely use hydraulic equipment, pneumatic equipment, presses, cordless drills, clamps, and related small tools.
  • •Ability to learn measuring equipment to diagnose wear/damage with high accuracy (e.g., digital/dial indicators, calipers, micrometers).
