Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide birth and postpartum doula support to insured clients.
  • •Participate in Loula’s onboarding by completing the interest form and screening questions.
  • •Build and manage your own practice as an independent contractor within a non-exclusive network.
  • •Work with clients referred through Loula’s client referral/doula matching program.
  • •Deliver doula care while Loula manages insurance-related administration, credentialing, billing, and payment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100 - 134 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Complete 16 hours of birth doula training and attended 3 births as a doula, or have 5 years of experience as a doula with 3 letters of recommendation.
  • •Adult and infant CPR training.
  • •HIPAA training.
  • •Liability insurance.
  • •Be located in California to move forward with an introductory meeting.
