Customer Sales & Service Rep I – Bilingual Preferred (English/Spanish)

Deliver exceptional bilingual customer service to commercial and residential consumers in the green industry. Build and maintain strong customer relationships through in-person, phone, and online ordering support. Prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery, and proactively identify sales opportunities with current and potential customers. Partner with branch leadership to adopt new technologies and improve day-to-day branch performance, while assisting with merchandising and inventory in a safe environment.
