Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as the senior escalation point for the most complex, high-risk, and time-sensitive payment investigations and client issues.
  • •Advise senior stakeholders, Relationship Managers, and clients on payment servicing matters and industry developments.
  • •Lead resolution of complex cross-border payment investigations by partnering with Operations, Product, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and Sanctions teams.
  • •Establish servicing standards, operating procedures, governance frameworks, and best practices for Payments Client Services.
  • •Drive strategic projects and operational enhancements, including payment modernization efforts and client service reviews/remediation.
