Create a best-in-class retail customer experience as the face of The North Face in-store. Engage customers with product, brand, community, and activity knowledge to drive sales and meet productivity goals. Support visual merchandising and daily store operations, assist with cashier duties as needed, and contribute to Loss Prevention initiatives.
