Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan and analyze assigned projects, establish schedules and project parameters, and set procedures for complex equipment applications.
  • •Communicate with customers and representatives, including building owners, mechanical contractors, trades, subcontractors, and field support; investigate concerns and implement corrective actions.
  • •Compare estimated ship dates with contractors’ schedules and ensure compliance with internal equipment ordering processes.
  • •Maintain accurate cost forecast at completion and control expenses by monitoring the project budget.
  • •Manage project scheduling, equipment orders, purchase/work orders, and project cash flow including progress billing and collections support.

Key Requirements

  • •Associate’s degree in business or equivalent with at least 2 years of project management, equipment, HVAC, or related experience; or 4+ years in the same areas; or an equivalent education/experience combination.
  • •Familiarity with HVAC systems and temperature equipment (preferred).
  • •Strong, demonstrated customer service and problem-solving skills.
  • •Strong communication skills and a proactive approach working independently and in a team.
  • •Proven experience prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
