Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Trust Relationship Managers to service trusts and relationships with settlors, beneficiaries, and other trust parties with adherence to risk control and compliance
  • •Support Trust Relationship Managers in meetings with trust parties
  • •Assist with trust asset management, general administration, and support functions for key client relationships
  • •Coordinate with internal departments, service providers, and professional advisors to follow up administration based on trust terms, letter of wishes, and client requests
  • •Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements

  • •Degree holder in accountancy, business, legal or related discipline
  • •CPA / Company Secretary / STEP qualification (desirable)
  • •Over 5 years of related experience, preferably in a trust company (estate administration experience desirable)
  • •Strong organization and ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision under pressure
  • •Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
