Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage daily electromechanical and technical FM operations across assigned facilities.
  • •Oversee electrical, mechanical, ELV, controls, BMS, HVAC, elevators, and fire protection systems.
  • •Lead preventive, corrective, and reactive maintenance activities and implement service corrective actions.
  • •Monitor technical performance and resolve operational issues while ensuring QHSE compliance.
  • •Plan resources and supervise multiple technical teams, coordinating with clients, contractors, and stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
  • •Minimum 7 years of total experience, including 5 years in Facility Management.
  • •Relevant GCC experience in large-scale FM/electromechanical projects.
  • •Strong knowledge of electrical, ELV, BMS, HVAC, elevators, fire protection, and mechanical systems.
  • •Fluent in Arabic and English; CFM/FMP/SFP and QCDD certifications are preferred.
