Safely produce high-quality precast concrete products by reading drawings and blueprints, building and preparing steel molds, cutting/bending/tying steel rebar, and placing and finishing concrete. The role also includes disassembling molds and removing hardened product the following day, supporting mold/form building, maintaining facility housekeeping, and assisting with product yarding and truck loading.

Key Responsibilities

•Safely perform a wide range of duties to produce precast concrete products to quality standards.
•Accurately read and interpret drawings and blueprints.
•Cut, bend, place, and tie steel rebar; prepare steel molds for filling with concrete.
•Place concrete in molds and finish fresh concrete with a trowel; disassemble molds and remove hardened product the following day.
•Support mold/form building, facility maintenance/housekeeping, and product yarding and truck loading.
