Job Summary

Lead the Beauty & Wellness category by building, launching, and scaling the business with full P&L ownership. Own category strategy, assortment curation, brand partnerships, and commercial trading across GCC beauty and wellness. Drive growth through pricing, promotions, KPI management, and omnichannel customer experience—spanning digital and phygital store merchandising. Partner cross-functionally with Product, UX, CRM, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Retail, and develop a high-performing category team.

Key Responsibilities

•Define and execute the Beauty & Wellness category vision aligned to business objectives and customer strategy, including full category P&L.
•Build and manage the category assortment and brand portfolio across skincare, makeup, fragrance, haircare, personal care, wellness, vitamins/supplements, nutrition, women’s wellness, fitness/recovery, and clean products.
•Own commercial trading: plan trading calendar, set pricing and promotional strategies, drive growth through promotions and loyalty programs, and optimize KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, AOV, sell-through, acquisition, repeat purchase, inventory turnover, and market share.
•Partner with Product, UX, CRM, and Marketing to deliver best-in-class omnichannel shopping experiences, including navigation, discovery journeys, personalized recommendations, and product content.
•Build and lead a high-performing category team and collaborate closely with Operations, Finance, Marketplace, and Retail to deliver category objectives.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Retail, Marketing, or related field.
•8–12 years of experience in beauty, wellness, or lifestyle retail with exposure to category management or buying.
•Proven track record of managing category P&L and driving commercial growth in high-SKU environments.
•Strong understanding of beauty and wellness trends, customer behavior, and product ecosystems.
•Experience in sourcing, vendor negotiations, and brand partnership management.
