Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive and coach the team to profitability and efficiency as part of the store leadership team.
  • •Lead inventory management processes to maximize inventory accuracy and reduce shrink, including investigating and escalating root causes.
  • •Manage key operational functions: shipment, receiving, processing, reverse transfers, sales floor recovery and replenishment, floor set updates, and supply management.
  • •Partner with Operations & Visual Managers to manage reporting, budgets, expenses, inventory control, supplies, vendor relationships, technology, and facilities.
  • •Directly oversee Operations Associates, provide constant feedback for growth, and lead by example to support guest experience and daily store opening/closing standards.
