  • •Lead day-to-day Facilities Operations across offices and specialized environments, maintaining safe, operationally ready workplaces.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree in facilities, business, operations, engineering, construction, communications, or related field (or equivalent education and relevant experience).
  • •3+ years of progressive experience across facilities, workplace, office/property operations, project coordination, vendor management, or related operating functions.
  • •Demonstrated leadership through direct supervision, work direction, training, mentoring, project leadership, meeting leadership, or comparable responsibility.
  • •Experience supporting multiple sites or complex campuses with multiple concurrent operational workstreams and competing priorities.
  • •Ability to coordinate vendors/contractors and manage scopes, schedules, service expectations, purchase orders, invoices, and budget documentation.
