Key Responsibilities

  • •Work closely with program business leaders, IPT leads, and Control Account Managers to execute EVM-related tasks.
  • •Prepare budgets and schedules, maintain the performance measurement baseline, and produce weekly/monthly EVM metric analysis and reports (including IPMR) for cost/schedule performance.
  • •Develop formal monthly Latest Revised Estimates and Quarterly Estimates at Completion for assigned scope with IPT leads and CAMs.
  • •Conduct risk and opportunity analysis, review and implement Budget Change Requests, manage program logs/reconciliation, and support integrated financial EVMS governance.
  • •Support executive and joint surveillance reviews by presenting clear EVM summaries to senior management and government customer representatives.

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field with 5+ years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 3+ years relevant experience.
  • •Experience in Program Control, EVMS, Accounting FP&A and/or Pricing.
  • •Experience with SAP, APEX, RPLAN, Business Warehouse, EDIT+, ACES or a similar system.
  • •Experience with data analysis and reporting.
  • •Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while multitasking and meeting critical deadlines.
